RETURN POLICY

FINAL SALE! NO REFUNDS BUT POSSIBLE EXCHANGES. DUE TO OUR DESIGNS BEING CUSTOM MADE WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON DRESSES. TIME, HARD WORK AND DEDICATION GOES INTO OUR DRESSES AND IT WILL BE UNFAIR TOWARDS OUR CEO AND OUR TEAM.

​Customer understands  and agrees to our refund and return policy. Refunds are given on a case by case basis. ALL REFUNDS SHOULD EITHER BE : FAULTY ITEMS , INCORRECT ITEM OR INCORRECT SIZE.

Customer will not receive a full refund (if applicable) if the design is still in their possession or HAS NOT BEEN WORN.

If the design is faulty (RIPS STAINS OR MINOR TEARS) I will offer a full refund only if the dress is RETURNED. If customer decides to keep the design in this state we are not responsible for providing a full refund . If applicable we will provide store credit for the inconvenience. We have a team of seamstress so we cannot cover cost for “outside” seamstress.

If customer is requesting a return or refund, customer MUST notify our customer support team within 24-48 hours of receiving package, attaching clear images and a description of the issue. If refund or return is approved, customer must accept within 2 days and will have 2 days to drop off package to post office. This is a total of 4 days after approval.If customer rejects initial case approval, there will be nothing further we can do and their case will be closed. Once cases are closed they are unable to reopened. Anything passed either deadline will be rejected. Please read return policy for more information.


Fashann Temple Boutique reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the stipulated criteria.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING 

Production of made to order dresses are between 7-14 business days. There are cases if the season is busy such as prom or graduation, the business days can be added to this time making it 20. IF APPLICABLE, a design labeled as “ready to ship” implies immediate availability and can be shipped the same day the order is placed. If the order is placed on a weekend, it’ll be shipped on the next business day.

Shipping time is 4 business days.

Once production starts customer CANNOT CANCEL ORDER. An order exchange can be done but must be done within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.

 

We allow alterations or changes to dress orders within a 48 hour window from the time of order placement. Beyond this timeframe, we cannot accommodate any further alterations or additions. Productions starts within 1-2 business days following the order placement to make sure customers receive in a timely manner.

WE DO NOT OFFER RUSH ORDERS.

We strongly advise customers to place custom orders within a 3 week time frame to avoid any form of delay or disruption.


By purchasing from Fashann Temple Boutique, customers acknowledge that our dresses are crafted according to a XS-4XL size scale. While we endeavor to ensure accurate sizing, individual fit and proportion may vary. Therefore,customers accept that Fashann temple boutique cannot be held liable for dresses not meeting personal fit preferences.
This understanding is crucial prior to making a purchase and customers agree to these terms.

-We do not send pictures or videos of dress during production process

-When selecting color options for your dress, it is crucial to provide precise specifications for both fabric and appliqué. While we do  offer a variety of colors for different fabrics like velvet, satin silk, sequin, etc., it's important to note that the shade you envision may differ from our available options.We  will not be held responsible if the color does not meet your exact expectations. Should you anticipate potential discrepancies, we encourage you to email us at oneplugboutique@gmail.com with an inspiration picture for color verification. Please understand that due to the high volume of orders, we do not proactively reach out to customers regarding their color selections.

NEED DATE
-The specified need date provided by customer helps us cater to customer requirements, yet it may not always be achievable/ guaranteed. It is used as a GUIDELINE! We are not responsible if customer's order does not arrive by Customers need date! Customer must order ACCORDING to their need date, allowing enough time for potential exchange.We highly recommends 3 weeks before their need date. Fashann Temple Boutique will not offer a refund if customer order does not get to them by the time they need.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

Customer Understands that customers are entitled to up to three exchanges; after this, a store credit will be automatically processed.


Customer agrees and understands FASHANN TEMPLE BOUTIQUE is not responsible for stolen or lost packages.


Customer Understands that once FASHANN TEMPLE BOUTIQUE Team hands over items to the post office, we no longer have control over potential delays in delivery or the shipping process.


CUSTOMER AGREES AND UNDERSTANDS SHOULD  you choose to initiate a chargeback claim or dispute, you acknowledge that legal action will be pursued, and your banking institution will be promptly informed about the detailed nature of the fraudulent activity.
